Let's not get carried away…
I don't mean to insult anyone, but when I read people saying that they 'feel more energy' or 'feel much better' taking this multivitamin rather than those made by another brand, I have to wonder whether the placebo effect is really what they're experiencing, or there are other factors (change in diet, environment, sleep, stress, etc.) that they are not taking into account. If someone can show me the results of a truly objectice, double-blind clinical test that backs up their claims, I might believe them, but I can't find anything like that online. Consumer Reports says "the multivitamin has virtually no evidence to show that it improves the average person's health." I just take them to ensure that I get enough essential vitamins that I may not be getting through my regular diet. I switched to this brand about 2 months ago, and it appears to be a good men's multi made from some decent ingredients, but please, guys - let's not get carried away
