Elderberry is scientifically proven to help prevent viral infections and lessen symptoms. Whenever I feel I'm getting sick, I take elderberry capsules. It used to be elderberry tea, but it's easier to take a capsule. I notice no symptoms after a couple of doses. Just be cautious not to overdo it as it can cause diarrhea if taken excessively. I consistently keep a supply on hand as I find it very effective.

In my experience, I have always relied on this product when I have eaten something that causes food poisoning, leading to bouts of diarrhoea.
