This is a fantastic product for sinus issues related to colds or allergies. My husband suffers from severe spring allergies, and it works wonders quickly by taking four pills initially, followed by two pills twice daily for maintenance. It has also provided relief during colds. If you struggle to swallow pills, you can hold the oil in water for a few minutes and spit it out; though not as effective as swallowing, it still offers some help.

Whenever I feel slightly unwell, I take one in the morning and another in the evening to nip it in the bud. It tends to work this way, every time.
