THANK YOU for creating something that works! My 3-year-old son had severe constipation issues after he stopped using diapers. We tried exlax and Miralax, but they caused him cramps and vomiting, leading to a hospital visit. After consulting a GI specialist, we changed his diet and used Miralax again, but he still suffered. For some, it might be best to try just one capsule, preferably at bedtime with water, to see how your system responds.
