I initially tried a small amount but experienced a horrible night after taking 15g. I suffered abdominal pain and watery diarrhoea for about an hour. I recommend starting with just 5g.
Diarrhea symptoms reduced
This product isn’t intended for dieting. The primary effect was recovering from an active herpes virus with MCT oil. Initially, it affected my intestines and caused diarrhea, but by taking it in smaller doses, I adapted, and my symptoms improved.
In the morning, I add 1 tablespoon of MCT oil to protein and cocoa powder. I enjoy good skin and stool, with no diarrhea or stomach discomfort, and I no longer feel fatigued without sugar intake.
Sorry for the poor review, but I experienced significant diarrhoea. I used to consume other brands of MCT oil, but I'm uncertain if my constitution has changed or if this product simply doesn't agree with me. After using this, I had the worst diarrhoea I've ever experienced for two consecutive days. It might be my constitution, but regardless, I don't believe I can tolerate any more products containing MCT oil now.
