I find it effective for constipation; I add one pump to warm milk tea. The oil does float, but it doesn’t alter the flavour. Every time I consume it, I have a bowel movement shortly after, which I find immensely helpful! However, I must hurry to the bathroom, so I can’t drink it before work.
