There is a problem I cannot identify. Both my wife and I experience leg cramps and diarrhoea after consuming just a spoonful of this drink. Despite knowing its benefits, I am unsure why we continue to have this reaction. 😞

This is my preferred brand of MCT oil. Unlike other brands that caused stomach cramps, Nature's Way has not given me any issues. Its neutral taste makes it a fantastic addition to my coffee.

Stopped using
Unfortunately, even with just one teaspoon, this product caused me to have leg cramps. This does not imply it is a bad product, but we decided to stop using it after about three days. We might try MCT oil in capsule form instead.
