Nausea-free fasting
Free from keto flu symptoms, my health has greatly improved on a reduced carbohydrate diet. Currently, I'm on a 40-day liquid fast, and MCT Oil has alleviated keto flu symptoms like headache, fatigue, and nausea. I also manage to sleep well for eight hours. This has been a significant change for me, and I recommend organic MCT Oil.

Confirmed nausea issue
Not for me! I heard this product was beneficial for detox and health, but I felt nausea every time I tried it. After using it four or five times, I realised it was the MCT oil that was making me unwell, so I disposed of it.

Start low, avoid nausea
Start with half a teaspoon; otherwise, you'll experience nausea and diarrhoea. I am pleased with this product. Negative feedback seems linked to upset stomachs or delivery issues. The product itself is excellent. Gradually increase the dosage; I've incorporated it into my bulletproof coffee each morning, boosting my energy levels significantly. I remain satisfied until lunchtime, making it extremely fulfilling for those on a keto diet.

No nausea anymore
Excellent! I occasionally add it to sugar-free tea or coffee, or use it for bulletproof coffee. It’s refreshing and does not cause the oily discomfort and nausea in my stomach.

Uncomfortable dosage
Large capacity MCT Oil! I consume it for my diet and health. Thankfully, I can purchase MCT oil, which is otherwise expensive in Japan, at a lower price. However, even slightly exceeding the usual intake left me uncomfortable, with dizziness, nausea, and digestive upset. For first-time consumers or those who tend to have sensitivity to oil, I recommend starting with a small amount.
