Diabetes coupled with constant diarrhea? No thanks. I struggled with diarrhoea for months, originally believing it was related to metformin. I later realised it was this vitamin, likely due to the fenugreek in it. Despite taking just one a day, I experienced neon yellow urine and only expensive wee, explosive diarrhoea, and no notable health benefits. I switched to another diabetic vitamin without herbs and have had no issues since.
