I found a great complex for diabetics that contains all the essential vitamins and minerals in one package. It nicely compensates for vitamin deficiencies. I always take supplementary vitamin C and calcium as they are lacking in the complex. This is truly beneficial for diabetics when sugar levels fluctuate.
