Do not take cranberries if you have an ulcer or inflammation. I took it on an empty stomach and experienced significant pain. To soothe my inflammation and ulcer, I consumed genuine honey and fresh aloe vera. I trust pure honey from Malaysia’s kampung village over supermarket honey due to added sugar concerns, as pure honey may also help with diabetes and cancer.
