Helps my iron deficiency anemia! I have severe iron deficiency anemia, and my hematologist recommended yarrow. I had never taken herbal supplements before, but after nearly a month of following my doctor's advice, I have not had my period this month which I usually get around the 21st. I will update this review next month if it continues to work. I'm super excited!

No more flooding periods or bloating. I am not being paid for this review. Yarrow has been a lifesaver for my irregular flooding cycles due to peri-menopause and fibroids. I went from nearly needing a hysterectomy to normal cycles, and no longer experience anaemia. I wish I knew about this years ago.
