I'm not compensated for this review; it's based on my personal experience with yarrow. This product has been a lifesaver for my irregular flooding cycles caused by peri-menopause and fibroids. My OB-GYN suggested a hysterectomy, but I sought alternatives. Since taking yarrow for three months, I've had no cycles at all and it has also alleviated my bloating. I only wish I had discovered it sooner!
