No more flooding periods or bloating. First, I am not being paid for this review; these comments are my personal experience with yarrow. This product has been a lifesaver! I suffered from irregular flooding cycles due to peri-menopause and fibroids. After months of trials and a second opinion, I found yarrow. This little bottle is a lifesaver. I had stopped having periods for over six months due to menopause but within two weeks of stopping, I bled for 21 days. I'm back on it and will probably continue as I cannot find it through Swanson. Thanks, Amazon!
