My dermatologist suggested this product as it had benefited others with psoriasis. Since starting one capsule daily, I've observed some enhancement in my condition; it’s less dry and itchy. I've yet to try applying the oil directly to the affected areas, but I plan to continue taking the Borage tablets. I've found them cheaper on Amazon compared to GNC stores.
