It's my go-to supplement for hormonal issues, and while it should not be used instead of prescribed depression medication, it helps lift mood when mild mood swings and anxiety arise. Good in combination with my other vitamins. I prefer taking this in the morning with fish oil. I've noticed a change in how my body reacts to anxiety. I still feel depressed, but the episodes aren't as long or intense.
