Diarrhoea! I began taking these pills for female hormone issues over a year ago. Shortly after, I developed chronic diarrhoea but didn't connect the pills to it, assuming I was just getting old. My blood pressure also increased. After researching Omega-3 oils, I discovered Evening Primrose Oil is high in Omega-6, so I stopped it. Remarkably, my diarrhoea ceased the following day and my gut improves daily. Research Omega-6 before taking this!

Triggered Serotonin Syndrome

DO NOT TAKE THIS IF ON AN SSRI! I'm on 20mg of Prozac daily. Two weeks ago, I began taking EPO (two pills daily). Three days later, I felt very strange—mood swings and horrible back pain began, along with diarrhoea. I also suffered from restless sleep. After researching, I realised I had inadvertently induced Serotonin Syndrome. If you are on an SSRI, please avoid this product; the side effects are frightening. I gave it 4 stars because it effectively cleared my hormonal acne.
