Golden Seal cured me from getting Strep throat every September! Known as the Herb Kingdom’s antibiotic, it also helps fight sinus infections. I take one capsule three times a day for two weeks. It's a powerful remedy for yeast infections and heals many ailments! Just remember to drink plenty of water with it.

Good for infections. I take this to assist with gum infections. A tincture would be preferable but is challenging to obtain in Europe. This herb is very useful and potent.
