FINALLY! I’m 37 and have had prehypertension throughout college. At a recent check-up, my blood pressure of 160/93 needed addressing. I was put on meds but they caused headaches. I chose a natural approach and within a week, my blood pressure dropped to the 120s systolic. I'm tapering down the pills to find the right regimen.
