Mega-Zyme is the best enzyme complex I have tried. It needs to be taken on an empty stomach, at least an hour before meals, to enhance metabolism and detoxification. It is effective in combating viruses and bacteria, and helps break down bacterial biofilms in the intestines. When taken with food, the enzymes improve digestion, relieve stomach heaviness, and reduce bloating and gas formation. I've been taking it for two weeks and have seen positive results. I recommend it to everyone!
