Works as expected for systemic enzymes. Taking them between meals significantly reduces my pelvic pain in the joints. I also take them with meals for better digestion and found that combining them with MSM works exceptionally well. Don't expect immediate results—it takes at least three weeks, but it's worth the wait!

I followed my nutritionist's instructions for taking Megazim, but regardless of taking it before or after meals, I suffered from terrible pelvic pain, diarrhoea, and stomach discomfort. There was no improvement in my condition, though the medication might provide unseen benefits at a high cost.

Eases body pain
After using this, my pelvic pain subsided, which I had due to menopause symptoms. I originally took Wobenzym, but since it was sold out, I opted for a substitute that was affordable. I plan to repurchase as it was effective.
