There hasn't been much improvement with my chronic fatigue syndrome. I should have mixed various ingredients instead, but now I am hesitant to buy again, even though it was cheap.

This is a great product. I often take Diflucan, which can be harmful to the liver, but using Thisilyn with ALA and selenium has normalised my liver enzymes, despite my chronic fatigue syndrome and the harsh medication.
