This is undoubtedly the best vitamin I have ever taken for diabetes. If you have any form of neuropathy pain, this will provide quick relief, mainly due to the generous doses of Vitamin B that are essential for nerve regeneration.

Great vitamin for diabetics. Alphabetic vitamins have reduced my peripheral neuropathy, and my A1c has stayed at or lower! Please do not stop making this vitamin. I love it.

My mother suffers from Type 2 diabetes, resulting in diabetic neuropathy. Her doctor suggested supplementing her medication with a multi-vitamin containing Alpha Lipoic Acid, which may alleviate some neuropathy symptoms. She is uncertain of its effectiveness as she started a new medication at the same time, but believes it helps.
