These helped clear my adult acne! I take these multivitamins every day, and they make a significant difference in helping clear up my skin! I must admit, they are large and rather unpleasant to swallow, but I've noticed a considerable improvement compared to the opti-women vitamins, which didn't help my skin. After trying numerous products to combat adult acne over two years, I was at my wit's end. Thankfully, I finally have my skin under control, and milk thistle played a major role in that. The texture of my skin has improved, and I'm now 95% clear. While I still monitor my diet, I no longer feel the need to be excessively strict. If you struggle with acne, I highly recommend milk thistle!

This complex contains everything needed for overall health, including vitamins, minerals, and various beneficial blends, such as greens, fruit and vegetable powder, and Omega 3-6-9. It’s recommended to take three capsules, but we prefer one due to high dosages. I noticed an increase in energy, improved mood, and easier mornings. Additionally, my immune system felt stronger, and there were no side effects. I highly recommend it.

This multivitamin set is phenomenal! It includes Vitamin D 2000ME, a dosage not often found in other products. The 1000mg of Vitamin C is superb, along with iron for hemoglobin support, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and biotin. The inclusion of B vitamins is excellent, and it also features a blend of amino acids such as spirulina and chlorella, which, along with hedgehog comb, significantly support active brain function. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Excellent! If you feel overwhelmed, fatigued, or lacking sleep, these vitamins are crafted to address these issues. Take one vitamin three times daily, and you will feel rejuvenated. Do not hesitate to invest in your well-being. Since switching to the Aleve brand, my chronic fatigue has vanished, and I feel twenty years younger. My faintness has disappeared, and even my eyesight and skin have improved. Just a bit of calcium would complete this excellent supplement. They even include coenzyme Q10; such quality is hard to find!

I absolutely love these vitamins! I didn’t fall ill all winter, despite having the flu in our home. I believe they contribute greatly to my overall well-being. At 50 years old and very active, these are perfect for me. I take three tablets daily, one with each meal, and shared them with a friend who now loves them too. They are reasonably priced as well.

Note 10 is complete! I've tried many multivitamins with standard dosages (100%) for daily needs. However, this particular one from Alive has an exceptional formulation tailored for specific needs. It contains a comprehensive range of herbal, fruit, and oilseed complexes, plus a powerful antioxidant. I take two tablets daily, which are smooth and easy to swallow. There's a slight change in urine colour, attributed to Riboflavin, which is normal. Having taken Optmen from Optmum, I found this product from Alive exceeded my expectations. Great value, thanks to IHerb!

Excellent product at a great price! It's remarkable how something that works gradually can noticeably impact one’s life. I started taking it over two years ago, and prior, each winter I'd suffer a nasty cold with severe congestion and painful coughing. In the last two years, when I caught a cold, it resolved in mere days with relative ease. I attribute this to the zinc in it. I've also experienced reduced inflammation pain, even after stopping Naproxen and other anti-inflammatory medications.

I recommend Alive! I have tried various vitamins throughout my life, often experiencing side effects such as nausea and diarrhoea. Given the importance of vitamins for our quality of life, I was thrilled with this product. Despite the large size of the tablet, there have been no adverse effects. The optimally calculated daily dose includes all the necessary components, which drew me in. After two months of taking two tablets three times a day, with a month's break, I have already purchased my fourth tub. I’m very pleased with the results: my arrhythmia has improved, my joints no longer crunch, and my hair appears healthier and thicker. Additionally, my nails are smooth, burrs have vanished, and my sleep has normalised, allowing me to fall asleep quickly. Overall, I feel in a good mood and wholeheartedly recommend this product.
