Fatigue decreased
Fatigue has decreased since I've been taking one pill every morning. The size of the pill isn't small, but I can manage a larger one, so it suits me fine. Perhaps it's due to my age, but I can definitely feel it helps in reducing fatigue while working.

Quick effect
This is recommended for those who take pills and aren't sensitive to stomach issues! Within a week, I noticed reduced fatigue and increased alertness during the day. The downside is the large pill size and unpleasant odour, which could be uncomfortable for sensitive individuals; a capsule type would likely be better. A negative side effect emerged, though.

Fatigue relieved
Awesome! I bought it to try, so I only purchased one bottle initially. It has a hay-like smell, and the grains are large, but I believe my fatigue has diminished. I'll repurchase later.
