Less severe colds
Excellent product at a great price! It's remarkable how something that works gradually can noticeably impact one’s life. I started taking it over two years ago, and prior, each winter I'd suffer a nasty cold with severe congestion and painful coughing. In the last two years, when I caught a cold, it resolved in mere days with relative ease. I attribute this to the zinc in it. I've also experienced reduced inflammation pain, even after stopping Naproxen and other anti-inflammatory medications.

No colds since
How did I live without these? I LOVE THIS STUFF! After discovering many vitamins are coated in harmful substances, I found Alive! It's plant-based with no harmful coating and provides me with a genuine energy boost when taken during lunch. As a teacher, I'm often ill due to children, but I haven't contracted a cold since regularly taking these. The pills have a peculiar smell but just briefly.

Since it contains numerous ingredients, I've opted to take it twice instead of the usual three tablets. It can taste slightly unpleasant when first taken. Since starting this, I haven't caught a cold and I feel less tired. I'll definitely continue taking it!
