Unrefined coconut oil is excellent for moisturising my body, gargling, and using for Gua Sha. I find tampons soaked in coconut oil very effective against thrush. I simply melt a teaspoon of coconut oil, add a drop of tea tree oil, mix it, and moisten a sterile bandage twisted like a tampon with this mixture before insertion. Thrush disappears quickly.
