This brand is fantastic. It significantly reduced my tooth pain through oil pulling and helped me manage moderate pain effectively while I awaited a root canal. It’s the best healing oil, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

The plastic jar is more convenient than the coconut oil itself. I take it for colds half an hour before using turmeric or other antiviral herbs. I also use coconut oil for baking and frying (just ensure the temperature is appropriate to avoid burning) and in cosmetics. It may be comedogenic for some, so I recommend testing it on your face in pure form before full use.
