Great with eggs, rice and protein shakes.
Would love to see half gallon or gallon bottle options of this. I use 10 grams of this several times a day. I scramble 6 eggs in 10 grams of oil in the morning and eat it with a separate bowl of Quaker's Protein banana nut oatmeal w/ peanut butter. I have chicken & rice, or hamburger and rice several times a day and mix 10 grams of oil in 150 or 250 grams of rice w/each meal. It makes eggs and rice have a nice flavor to it. I also add 10-20 grams in a whey/casein protein shake once a day, sometimes adding walnuts, peanut butter and a banana. It provides a nice flavor, a healthy source of fat, and MCTs. I might try adding it to a pineapple/mango smoothie

it's smaller than I thought.
This bottle is similar to a small can of soda in height but skinnier. the picture looks bigger than actual. I should of checked the oz for comparison of what I have currently before I purchase them

Awsome product
Be aware this is NOT a flavoring addition
It is difficult for me to rate this product. I was expecting it to be more of a flavoring addition but I think it is meant as more of a health supplement. As far as I know it is a great health supplement but I have no idea. It would not be fair for me to give this a horrible review, but my criticism would be with the product description. It left me with the impression it was an overwhelmingly good coconut flavoring. It isn't strong at all. I wanted something for coffee and this really isn't meant for that

Great liquid coconut oil for cooking
I have been making an effort to move from safflower to coconut oil for cooking because I've heard it's healthier and can withstand high heat. Although this brand is expensive, I have loved cooking with it and highly recommend it. It is easy to use, has a very mild flavor, can be used with pretty much any kind of food without affecting taste, and can be used with high heat. I have only positive things to say about it, minus the cost--but I think it's worth it

Perfect for humans and pets!
Now that I'm older, I use this for my night facial moisturizer after my shower. I like the scent. Another way I use it is for my old dog. He has skin issues and I've been applying this to help heal the sores since it has antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. It works really well and I don't have to worry about him getting poisoned licking it off. My only problem is keeping my other doggie from licking it off too. They're fans haha
