This product really works. I've used it for about 15 years (the liquid with Goldenseal is effective, while tablets aren't). At the onset of a typical cold, taking it twice daily will disrupt the cold within two days. My family swears by it. The taste is a bit bitter but can be masked with juice or taken with plain water. I never believed in natural remedies, but this actually works.

It works better if you take the first dose at the first signs of symptoms. It's perfect for my kids; it always works quickly if given early. Otherwise, it takes longer to see improvements. You will love it.
