Taking it as a supplement works wonders! I want to clarify that I wasn’t compensated for this review. It’s been over three years since I started on the liquid Echinacea-goldenseal supplement as my daily regimen, and it’s been brilliant! Previously, I was frequently affected by colds and flu combined with allergies, but now I'm free from that malady. I started taking Echinacea-goldenseal capsules when I felt a tickle in my throat, and after a few doses, the cold symptoms disappeared. Now, my family has joined me in taking it daily.

It works! An extraordinary immune booster. After a couple of months of use, I believe it works! I work at a community centre with many children and germs. My immune system was poor, and I caught every bug until I found this. It’s easy to take with the dropper, tastes like honey, and for the first time in ages, I’ve gone two months without catching flu or a cold. I attribute this to this amazing product.
