Turmeric is a greatest gift for allergies. After moving to the city, I suffered from severe allergies for years until a colleague suggested turmeric with milk. After drinking it for three months, my allergies vanished. Now I use this product, which is quick, easy to swallow, and effective. Before trips to Bangalore, I take this daily to avoid allergies, and it works beautifully.

This product is wonderful for fighting inflammation, including sinus congestion from allergies. I take two pills throughout the day, and it does not upset my stomach. My husband takes it for chronic tonsil swelling and finds it helpful. While it doesn’t cure anything, it certainly aids in dealing with symptoms.
