Contaminated product

Buyer Beware. I believe this product is contaminated. My return window closed yesterday, March 9, 2018. I ordered two bottles of this, thinking that Nature's Way has been a brand I trusted. I have taken Turmeric twice daily for years for muscle inflammation, and it has worked. However, each time I took a dose of this bottle, I became nauseated and developed a headache, and my muscles were more painful as days passed. I didn’t realise it was the Turmeric until I'd taken half a bottle. I switched to Costco Youtheory Turmeric capsules, felt good again, and my muscle pain started to decline. My friend tried Nature's Way and fell ill as well.

Contains Maltodextrin. I received this "premium" product and found one called "Maltodextrin" in the ingredients. I looked it up and found it can cause side effects like bloating and headaches. So, back it goes to Amazon, and hopefully back to Nature's Way. From now on, I will check ingredient lists before purchasing. I will have to pay for shipping, but I hope others will be aware of "Maltodextrin" and avoid this product.
