Resolved my skin concerns. I was developing the classic signs of vitamin A deficiency with the onset of rough bumpy skin on the back of my arms. I couldn't figure it out until I did a little research. I hadn't changed anything but my multivitamin manufacturer had. I was taking Garden of Life multivitamin for women and had heard rumors that the formula was changed by the new owners. Nestle had purchased Garden of life and they reduced the amounts of the nutrients in their vitamins. My multivitamin no longer had 6000 mcgs of vitamin A, it was reduced to 1000 mcgs. I had not paid attention to the label until recently. My skin told on Nestle brand's GoL vitamin quality reduction by getting rough and looking less healthy. I bought Solgar beta carotene and within a month my skin improved. The roughness and bumps on the back of my arms vanished

Been taking for a few months

My vision is being tested next month after using for almost six months. I'll have a better idea of there's any difference then. In the past, my eye site improved to 20/15. And I didn't need new glasses. So maybe it will again and I won't need the same prescription as now. Since I started wearing glasses again. Strangely following not juicing carrots regularly. Could be a coincidence. But maybe not. As far as why I'm taking this Beta Carotene brand ... Upon reviewing my nutrition noticed I was lacking enough of this vitamin. I've bought a juicer, as well. But wanted to get consistent consumption. Upon research, a variety of products picked this. To include in the few additions to my overall nutrient plan. Dr. Andrew Weil's book 8 Weeks to Optimum Health is a book I review periodically since its release. This year noticed a few areas of my superfood wheat grass by Amazin Grass variety 64 oz morning filter water punch I make with a few varieties of flavors with different nutrition missed enough of a few vitamins I needed to include a few specific supplements. My reason for picking this product over others was purely based on research and recommendation. My hope is it helps with vision stability and skin, and overall health. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ðŸ'
