Improved skin appearance
I think it actually makes my skin look better, with much fewer brown spots. I began taking this supplement about 9 years ago to enhance my immune system. It has made a significant difference. Soon after starting, I noticed my skin's improvement, which has continued. I take two each morning on an empty stomach, and with 240 capsules in a bottle, it's very economical. I certainly recommend this product!
