Be patient and diligent about taking it

I was on a lot of pain meds (narcotics) went off and started taking a lot of IBUs with Curcumin product after a month I was getting major heartburn. I went off both for awhile took curcumin one day NO heartburn. Then I took IBUs by themselves MAJOR heart burn, plus my doctor said IBUs are horrible for kidneys and liver. I am back on curcumin, I feel it's starting to work it takes awhile to get into your system. I am very excited about this product ..... I have asked no one can or will give me straight answer. How much is the proper doses for major pain in entire back I'm fused in my neck and lower back 2009 and 2010 redo on Lower back screw in the wrong spot. I am trying to get into BNI in phx AZ I have all kinds of problems with my pain they call it post surgery pain. I wish I would of never had surgery. I had herniated disk, missing disk, severe DD and scoliosis. I lean forward about 40 degrees. it's so painful i will be seeing a specialist for curvature of the spine.. BNI is one of the top rated hospitals to have neurological surgery in the world. It's not easy to get in but I will wait or not have surgery again

Seems like a good plan and product. For me it has to be taken with substantial food or I get heartburn. Only have had the pills for one week. Reviews should be held until 30 days after purchas

Helps with my joint pain

I have fibromyalgia and struggle off and on with joint pain. I've tried turmeric in the past without noticing much difference, but my husband had had good results from this brand before, so I decided to give it a try. I started out with three capsules as recommended on the bottle, but that gave me heartburn. I backed it off to two capsules and have been fine with that. After a couple of weeks, I noticed a substantial decrease in my joint pain. I'm almost done with the first bottle and have reordered a second. The only thing I don't like, as noted by other reviewers, is that some of the capsules get turmeric on the outside, so I have to remember to rinse it off my hands after taking it

I only took them for a short amount of time because it did burn my throat. Also it gave me heartburn Not a product for me but may work for someone else thank you for someone els

Formula changed…

I took this product for two years to combat a chronic condition associated with inflammation. In large part thanks to this product I was able to completely stop my medication (please don't stop your medication based just on my experience as everyone's body is different ) Thanks to the company for that. However, sometime in the last year the formula changed. While I believe it still helps, it has started to stain my hands orange. What's worse is that it gives me an IMMENSE amount of acid Reflux now. I will be finding a new curcumin product to support monthly
