I purchased two bottles on June 10, 2017, and started taking 2 daily, progressing to 3. I rarely miss a dose and have seen significant improvement in skin conditions. I believe it has strengthened my immune system, as I work in a school environment. Since I started this product, I have not faced any illness.

Omega-3 is crucial for health, and I struggled to find a suitable option until I found Naturewise's Flaxseed oil. I typically take one softgel with breakfast and one more during winter or when unwell. It certainly helps me get through flu season and positively affects my hair and nails.
