Aided cough recovery

Helped with my cough. I learned about elderberry from a show featuring a flu outbreak. It's encouraging to see a return to natural remedies for colds. This flu season, I unfortunately contracted a severe respiratory flu. After trying everything, I needed antibiotics due to bronchitis, but even post-treatment I struggled with the cough. I started taking elderberry, and while recovery took time, I believe it aided my healing significantly. The clear capsules filled with purple powder were interesting. The only side effect was mild stomach upset.

Effective against cough

Cheaper than Airborne and effective against illness. I used to take Airborne when I sensed a cold coming, but Elderberry seems to offer similar benefits to a hefty dose of Vitamin C. Although the pills aren't as enjoyable as Airborne's fizzy tablets, they are more cost-effective. As many around me fall ill, I have managed to avoid serious sickness by using this when I feel chills or a cough arriving. I'm pleased with this addition to my arsenal against flu and colds.
