No allergies noted
I have experienced difficulties with my mind and body in my 50s, often unable to focus. After trying various natural remedies, I purchased this product based on reviews. It helped me process things unconsciously, making me feel lighter mentally and physically. I have also taken amino acids for recovery after physical work. My stomach has issues with allergies to crustaceans and fish, but this product does not burden my digestion at all, which I consider great.

Safe for allergies
No issues with shellfish allergies! This omega-3 product is the only one I can safely take due to my severe shellfish allergy. I wouldn’t consider switching brands since I have done well with this one, and others with shellfish allergies might find it appealing too.
