Avoid due to nausea

Extreme nausea and headache leading to acid reflux all night. I had a horrible experience after taking fish oil; I felt nauseated and developed a severe headache within the hour that lasted all day and night. The reflux was miserable and still lingers. It may be good quality, but the pills are packed too tightly. I suspect the oregano, but I’m unsure. No returns—completely a waste of money. I recommend eating wild-caught fish and grass-fed beef.

No nausea experienced
I really appreciate this company; their vitamins for pregnant women have been excellent. I have not experienced any nausea or heaviness after taking them, and my tests have returned normal results.
