I am 51....I haven't changed my user name yet... Anyway, I suffer from POTS (or Dysautonomia)and have repeatedly found I lack vitamin D2 and D3(I live in Florida and am still confused by this), iron, folic acid, vitamin b12 and the other bs... When your body is low in D, it weakens your bladder muscles. This is horrifying. I take two a day (morning and night) and this was bladder issue went away. The vitamins needed to make blood and bone seem to be what my body has a hard time removing from the healthy foods I eat. I feel better taking these vitamins and whoever took the lab test off dissolving the vitamin...is unfounded in my book. I don't usually write reviews, but for this product I'm happy to do it
