I orginally purchased this because the box said it helped hair, my hair is thinning, after taking 1 capsule a day for 5 days I noticed a great improvement in breathing through my nose, it was so much easier, and my eyes and mouth did not seem as dry. I still don't know if it helps hair but I figure it can't hurt. and because it helped the nose, eyes and mouth I will continue to take it. I read you get Omega 7 from milk I haven't had a glass of milk since I was pregant with my 30 year old son. I told my son-in-law who has a lot of nose breathing issues about it and he also has had great improvement by using it

Pre-menopausal dryness issues – SOLVED!!!

Just give this a try for a month & see if my following statements are not the truth. -If you are having any persistent dryness issues caused by hormones, GET THIS TODAY! After suffering for approx. 1 year(often to tears, frustration, pain, name it I was there)I was desperate & willing to try anything non-hormonal & natural because NOTHING ELSE HAS WORKED, anything topical proved a complete joke. Around 2 weeks after starting this regimen my problem was SOLVED! I will never, ever, ever be without this. -Benefits for me have been realized with a daily intake of 2 capsules of Nordic Naturals Omega 3,6,9 capsules PLUS 4 capsules( 3 if I'm getting low on capsules) of this Omega 7. Being the skeptic that I am: -To test out if it was in fact the Omega 7 giving me relief, I didn't take (but continued the Omega 3,6,9) it for 2 weeks and I was beyond miserable again! After reintroducing the Omega 7 again in about 2 weeks my misery was once again alleviated. I am a 57 year old woman who is still extremely active in all areas in life. This product keeps me well lubricated in the urinary part of my body. I would recommended this for vaginal dryness. It works well for me

I scuba dive everyday

I have been taking the pills for about one month and started at 4 a day to 2 a day. I bought two bottles and one is almost finished. No noticeable affects have taken place. Skin and nails still seem the same. I started to take this because I scuba dive everyday and my skin is ultra dry even in the humid tropics due to constant salt water saturation. Will continue to take but after 60 days/second bottle if nothing is better I wil not continue to purchase. ---- Update After two bottles my skin is the same but my hair is noticeably thicker and healthier. I guess I can't win everything. I will continue to take bc diving also thinned out my hair over time and this seems to help

Great treatment for female dryness

I read about this product in the June 2007 issue of Prevention magazine. I am a little on the dry side (vaginal), so I thought I'd give it a try. I only use 2 caps a day to 1 and it does help quite a bit (the bottle suggests up to 4 caps a day). It works for me. However, when I ordered the product I thought I was going to get 120 caps as advertised, but only received the 60 capsule size. Still as my pocket book allows, it is worth it to me

Best product

This is one supplement I will no longer be without. My hair and nails are growing at amazing rates while taking this. We are in our 50's. My husband has high blood pressure (genetic) He is a thin man, and very healthy but due to high blood pressure sometimes had problems with blood flow if you know what I mean. Not anymore! Totally due to this product! I now buy these in bulk

No More Clogs ! ! ! !

Doctor doesn't know how or why, and I don't know that it was this product or not, but a 50% clogged main neck artery diagnosed 5 years ago no longer exists. I'm not saying it was only due to this product, but what I am saying is I will definately continue to take this product. I get all that I need from it and without the fishy or other nasty tastes you would have to encounter from other Omega products. GET IT, TAKE IT AND ENJOY THE BENEFITS!!!

This stuff makes your hair healthier

I've been using this product for several months now. At first I wasn't sure, but my hairdresser insisted she noticed a difference, my hair is healthier looking, shiney, no split ends - more like the hair I had in my 20s, a long time ago. My hairdresser actually emailed me to confirm what I was using and recommend it to another one of her customers. I am now a fan. Anything that can help stave off/improve the inevitable effects of aging is a plus

Be Aware: halal ingredient

I care about this sort of stuff and you need to know that the capsule is made of "Halal" gelatin. This is not something I am okay with, because in the halal procedure, the animal (and thus the product) is dedicated to "allah". I follow Jesus Christ and He warned against eating meats sacrificed unto other gods, which, if you study the differences between the True Living God YHWH of the Bible and the god of islam, you will see they are not the same. I do not mean to be offensive, but I am not okay with consuming halal products and I wanted to share this with those who might care, too, but that have no way of finding out until they receive the bottle

I've had really good results with this for muscle stiffness related to an autoimmune disease. I've purchased this 4 times and take 1 pill/day. The first bottle was AWESOME. The 2nd bottle did almost nothing. I tried again and the 3rd bottle gave moderate results and now, suddenly, the 4th bottle is awesome again. This leads me to believe that while the product is a good idea, the consistency of this brand is not what it should be. I've searched each bottle for batch numbers and expiration dates and got nothing....not sure what the issue is. Looking for another supplier..
