Boosts milk production

Fine vitamins with a natural composition. I took them throughout my pregnancy, and now I have been using them for 9 months while lactating. I tend to take 1 vitamin a day, sometimes taking breaks. When travelling and needing nutrition, I take 2-3. My hair is healthy and I feel great. No adverse reactions from my baby have occurred. I’ve noticed that my milk production has actually increased with these vitamins. They contain no chemicals. I maintain a healthy diet and take vitamins "just in case". However, taking them on an empty stomach makes me feel nauseous, and I prefer to chew and drink them with water.

Little milk? If you enjoy breastfeeding and have faced lactostasis, these vitamins work as intended. I began with one tablet, then two. However, I awoke in pain with swollen breasts. If you’re struggling with low milk supply, these are for you. But, if lactation is normal, it’s best to avoid them to prevent complications.

This multivitamin has been fantastic for a new mum like me! I was struggling with the baby blues after my son’s birth, but after a few weeks on these vitamins, I no longer faced depression, anxiety, or irrational worries. Moreover, my baby and I have maintained our health despite exposure to illnesses around us. I noticed a remarkable difference in my energy level, especially after battling post-partum fatigue.

Upon leaving the hospital, I started taking these vitamins. Thanks to them, I haven't experienced any depression or excessive fatigue from lack of sleep. They are somewhat expensive, but worth it.

Significant health improvement

Super. My Salvation. I started with one course for a month and have now ordered a three-month supply. The vitamins genuinely work. On the first day, I took one tablet to gauge my reaction, then two on the second day, leading to the proper daily dose of three tablets all at once by the third day. By days five and six, I felt a surge of strength and a good mood. I had been experiencing postpartum depression, but my health improved significantly, feeling almost reborn, with less back and joint pain. Without the vitamins, I returned to a poor condition and suffered headaches. I'm eagerly awaiting my next batch.

I began taking these vitamins in the autumn as a multivitamin during feeding. They are fantastic for vegetarians and pleasant to consume. I experience no nausea following their intake.

A fluke or not, I feel significantly better taking these. I suffer from anxiety and depression and felt very tired while breastfeeding. I started these vitamins and have noticed I’m much less anxious and irritable. Although it’s only been 4 weeks, I haven’t had a migraine since taking them. It’s possible this is just coincidence, but I’m grateful for the improvement! They’re easy to take and have no side effects.

These are excellent vitamins for women, especially after childbirth! I felt the effect within a few weeks, and after my second baby, these were a game changer. My friend recommended them, and I am so glad I took her advice! I took three tablets a day without any side effects. They helped me recover well, my energy levels improved, and hair loss noticeably stopped. I plan to reorder!

This is one of my favourite products; I didn't experience heartburn or any allergic reactions, which is sometimes a concern with vitamins. Therefore, I rate this product highly.

Improved constipation relief

Good vitamins! I began taking these when my child was about two months old and bought the maximum volume of 270 tablets for three months. I've nearly finished the bottle. Pros: my nails are stronger, there's no constipation, my stool is fine, and the cracks on my heels have disappeared after long struggles. My energy has increased, and the baby has had no adverse reactions. Cons: after two months, my hair is still falling out and my appetite has increased, leading to weight gain during lactation. The price is high, but I hope the benefits outweigh the cost.

The best vitamins for nursing! I have been taking them for over a month and have noticed a significant increase in energy. As a mother with a demanding schedule due to sleepless nights and household chores, I no longer experience chronic fatigue syndrome. My nails and hair are in great condition, and I’ve avoided postpartum hair loss. I initially began with one tablet a day and have since moved to three, as recommended.

Perfect! These vitamins are essential for my well-being during hepatitis B. On an intermittent leave, this product's cost compares to my monthly social payment, which is considerable. The multivitamin from whole foods has a commendable composition, ensuring my child receives beneficial nutrients through my milk. It’s undoubtedly a worthwhile investment in both our health!

The best vitamins for mothers; the quality is exceptional. I took them for a while after giving birth, then switched back to pregnancy vitamins due to the herbs for stimulating lactation, which may not always be necessary. From personal experience, I noted normalisation of sleep and absence of mood swings. I recommend this complex after childbirth.

These are the best vitamins I’ve found for breastfeeding mothers. I felt weak after childbirth, but these vitamins boosted my energy and lifted my mood quickly. Importantly, they didn’t upset my stomach, nor did they cause any allergies in my child, who had previously reacted badly to other vitamins.

I've been using these vitamins for a month. My hair loss has lessened, nails have improved, and my skin looks better. The children have had no allergies or rashes, and my overall well-being has improved. However, I wouldn’t necessarily call them miraculous.
