Dusty. I really like this product; it does not cause me any adverse side effects. I usually drink a glass of orange juice for breakfast, yes I know I should eat breakfast instead of drinking it, but... I take one of these with my evening meal. Recently, I attended a family reunion, and everyone came down with a cold, but not me! As an older person, getting ill has more serious consequences, so I try to stay as healthy as I can. I take a New Chapter multivitamin, alongside their bone strength, iron, and activated C. So far, no colds, no sore throat, so perhaps this combination works for me. Hope you give this product a chance; I think you will like it as much as I do.

Prevented doctor visits
Keeps the doctor away! I store this bottle in my cabinet and have not needed to visit a doctor in over seven years! As soon as I feel a cold or flu coming on, I begin taking these!
