Keeps the doctor away! I have kept this bottle in my cabinet and haven’t needed to see a doctor in over seven years! At the first signs of a cold or flu, I begin taking these. For more severe issues, I also utilise echinacea and goldenseal, which are organic herbal liquid supplements. They’re also beneficial for skin and eye health.

Unwanted formula change
Caution: new formula includes Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng). I loved the previous version of New Chapter's food-based vitamin C, which effectively kept us healthy through flu season. However, the new formula's addition of Eleuthero has compromised its quality for me and others who dislike or cannot tolerate it. I've switched to a Mykind liquid C formula that, while different, is superior to the current version.

Pure vitamin C
