I've been taking these vitamins for a few years now. I initially bought them in Whole Foods because I was looking for a good multi-V and the person working there recommended New Chapter. So I bought the multivitamins and these in addition to Carlson's vitamin D drops. I have a stressful work environment so I wanted some B vitamins for immune support and these are amazing. I haven't had any issues with them. They are a little more than some other brands, but they are worth the money. If you think about it, you're putting this into your body. Isn't it worth spending a little money for good quality

i received a 90 tables Coenzyme B and i take one per-day. it says lot 03520064545 Exp 06/19. that means received a almost expiring product. not happy at all

Great fro depression and anxiety

This vitamin B complex really helped me with my prenatal depression and post-partum recovery. I have a history of anxiety and depression and this supplement worked great along with my diet, exercise and sleep routine

Additionally, I am convinced that the biotin in this vitamin has not only stopped hair loss, but my hairdresser said that age 55, I have a lot of baby hair coming in. NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS!!

Warning! This stuff has wheat in it. It says gluten free because they've processed it to remove Gluten, but not good enough. I'm a moderately sensitive celiac. Based on some of the reactions I've heard about from some celiacs I'd say I'm not nearly as sensitive as others are so I KNOW this would really hurt them. I started taking these a week ago and didn't look at the ingredients because they said gluten free on the front, but wheat is an ingredient! I don't know how they process wheat to remove Gluten but they are doing it wrong. My stomach hasn't been right ever since I started these vitamins. Typical minor gluten exposure reaction, but as any celiac would know, ANY reaction isn't minor when you're getting poisoned! They reformulated these which is how it snuck past me. They used to not have wheat in them. CELIACS BE WARE

Helped more than I thought it would.

I take other New Chapter products and am very pleased. Decided to try the B for energy and mental clarity. I've seen a little improvement in mood which is a welcome surprise. The biggest surprise is some relief of my joint and nerve pain. I have profound disc damage and the nerves and muscles in my back and neck are on overtime. This has helped with muscle fatigue in those areas. Wasn't expecting that

This product was a fake, I have been taking this B Complex formula for three years and when I opened the bottle the pills were larger and had a terrible smell

I can't tell you what all vitamin B complex is supposed to do for you. But I can tell you a bottle of this was given to me when a loved one realized I was experiencing A LOT of anxiety and worry. I started taking it and the difference was incredible. I love this product simply because it made a world of difference for me. My mood has improved and my anxiety has absolutely dropped
