Best vitamin D supplement I've ever tried! Highly recommend.

My doctor recommended I take 2000 iu vitamin D daily and I've struggled with taking it consistently. This pill is small and can be taken on an empty stomach, which makes it easy to include in my daily routine. I noticed an almost immediate improvement in my mood, focus, and overall energy levels in the short time I've been taking this supplement. It also contains tumeric and reishi mushroom, so maybe these ingredients are helpful too. I definitely feel better and would highly recommend it
