I found this drug effective for my deficiency. Combined with l-tyrosine, it significantly improved my mood and alleviated bone pain, as well as cramps in my legs. I've noticed a reduction in premature greying too. I take it in courses as recommended.

My immunity has been poor due to a bone marrow transplant, leading to chronic fungal skin infections. After taking this supplement, I felt an improvement, although my bone pain persists and the infection is not fully resolved. It seems I require additional nutritional supplements.
