Supports brain development
Great omega! An excellent prenatal omega with vitamin D3. It maintains proper DHA levels in pregnant and lactating women, supporting the development of children's brains and vision. The capsules contain DHA-480 mg, EPA-205 mg, and vitamin D3 -400 IU. Although you may detect a fish smell upon opening, there is no fishy aftertaste. They are small and easy to swallow. Each batch is tested by a third-party laboratory for toxins, including heavy metals, and inspection certificates can be provided upon request. All fish oil is in triglyceride form.

Enhances child's health
Perfectly! These vitamins are ideal for pregnant women. I took two capsules daily from the start of my pregnancy and continued for six months after birth. My child has perfect vision and receives praise at medical examinations. I attribute this to the vitamins I took during pregnancy and breastfeeding, resulting in excellent health for both of us.

Essential for pregnancy
I ordered this when I found out I was pregnant. It supports the baby's brain development during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Research has shown that healthy DHA levels in mothers contribute to optimal brain and vision development in babies. The small, easy-to-swallow capsules maintain optimal mood in mothers before, during, and after pregnancy. The need for DHA significantly increases towards the end of pregnancy as brain growth begins. This source of DHA is officially recognised by the Pregnant Women Association of America.

Nutritional benefits noted
After nearly two years of natural pregnancy preparation without supplements, I began taking calcium, D3, and various nutrients before starting IVF. My doctor confirmed I was deficient in D3, so I focused on nutrition. I realised a lack of nutrients could affect my health, especially DHA, as it aids in the brain, vision, and mental development of my baby. This fish oil, sourced from small fish and tested for purity, was recommended by the American Pregnant Women's Association and is essential for my health and my baby's.

Improves overall health
DHA is the most commonly found fatty acid in the brain. It has been positively correlated with reduced cardiovascular disease risk, proper brain function, and healthy inflammatory response. Studies indicate that adequate DHA levels in mothers during pregnancy and lactation positively influence brain and vision development in babies.
