They had been searching for an omega for quite some time. She was on GV, then transitioned to these, worried that the baby might develop a rash. Thankfully, there is no rash, and we are delighted! :)))

Good vitamins! In conjunction with other vitamins, I rapidly recovered after childbirth; my hair stopped shedding, my nails strengthened, and my skin improved significantly. The rash is gone. Thank you for this product!

A very good product for both kids and adults. My daughter is allergic, so I gave her one capsule daily for two weeks, and the dermatitis lessened. Even after a month, despite consuming sweets, there were no rashes. I also took it and experienced less dry skin.

The impact of dietary supplements on a child is yet to be fully assessed, but I’m hopeful. Regarding myself, I take Omega-3, folic acid, calcium with magnesium, and iodine. I’ve been on this regimen for six months with no health issues; my tests are consistently excellent. Initially, my hair fell out due to pregnancy, but that issue resolved, and my hair has grown back beautifully. My skin has improved, with no rashes or dryness.

Highly recommend! Now at 28 weeks, my skin has improved markedly. There were rashes, but they have decreased significantly. The smell is quite normal as well.

No side effects
This is a great omega for pregnant and lactating women. I took this omega throughout my pregnancy and continue to do so during breastfeeding. It has a good dosage with no side effects (unlike other omegas that caused skin rashes). If you don’t consume fish regularly, it’s essential to supplement with omega. Overall, I recommend it!

No bad reactions
Great omega! There are no fishy burps or heartburn. From other brands, my face would break out in a small rash, but there was no negative reaction to this one.
